All orders will be assigned with a tracking number to allow you to track your order
via an external tracking service.

On receipt of your order we will immediately e-mail you with confirmation and details of your order to your registered e-mail address. All of our products are despatched in plain packaging and posted within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please allow 14 days for delivery. We do anticipate that some orders may take longer than 14 days due to the differing postal services in various countries. If your order has not been received by this time please e-mail us at help@ag3derm.com and we will put our mail tracking system in motion. Please be assured that should your parcel have been lost en route we will guarantee its replacement as long as you have given us the correct postal address. In the extreme event of further non delivery and you are unhappy with our service we will refund the original purchase price to your credit card.
